As we grow older, we find that we barely have time for ourselves in the midst of everything. Thus, we become very selective of how and who we will spend time with, as the greatest gift you can give people is your time and focused attention. --Monica

After 7 years in this lovely city, it's finally time to bid goodbye for Monica. There's a ton of emotions at play, oh wells, I hate goodbyes.

Tbh I feel a little sad that someone amazing, loving, friendly and understanding whom I just met is going back to Malaysia after spending almost half a decade in the city of rain.
It hits me, as I realized that I have been making myself scarce when it comes to acquaintances or people who brings negativity. Sometimes you have to respect yourself, and to love yourself a little more. I find a rewarding friendship having certain qualities: we respect, motivate and push each other. We don't hate, complain and blame; we build each other up.
From high school to college, I am surrounded by wonderful people. Dear (you know who you are), thanks for always being there for me. Okay, need no more cheesy words. See you all again, soon.
