Mo and I was in searching for a nice and productive space. After stumbling across several crowded cafes, we decided to settle down here.
Architecture Experience.
Medieval Italia. Venetian. Brick Gothic Interior. These are the words that comes to my mind when I first entered the cafe. The atmosphere here is pretty warm , though the overall lighting condition is subdued. The space has a strong axial quality, as the back door lines up directly with the front door. Retro light bulbs featured in fancy glasses added an earthen touch to this very space (and the Roman numeral clock!). The tables here are conveniently designed: there is a hole at the edge of the table in which you can plug in your charger hassle-free, with bag hooks underneath.
On a side note, the squeaky door is a little distracting as we sat near the entrance.
Menu
We both had a Americano and a latte respectively. The coffee beans here are local and organic, roasted in Seattle by the Caffè Vita Coffee Roasting Company.
The perfect shot to be productive, exactly what we need at the moment. There is also a selection of pastries to go with your coffee, if desired.
